Terms of Service/User Agreement

Welcome to BookLick.com! This agreement describes the legal framework in which you participate on BookLick.com, what your rights and responsibilities are and what you can expect from us.

Content. You retain all ownership rights to original content you publish on BookLick.com in the form of a story (your "Content"). However, we can publish all or part of your Content online and offline and permit others to do the same.

If you submit Content to us, we retain the right to modify your Content or remove it in its entirety, at our discretion. You agree that merely being a member of this site does not guarantee any of your Content will be published. You also agree to let others use your Content to create derivative works on BookLick.com.

All Content you submit to us must be original, or based off Content submitted from other members under this agreement.

Other Rules. You agree to comply with our site rules (posted below), and with all laws and regulations applicable to your access and use of BookLick.com and publishing your Content. Unless otherwise stated, you may not use any automated means to access BookLick.com or collect information from it.

Indemnity. By choosing to use BookLick.com, you agree to indemnify BookLick.com, its officers, agents, partners and employees from any and all claims or damage, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by third parties due to, or arising out of Content you choose to submit, post or transmit through BookLick.com; or your use of or connection to BookLick.com; your violation of the User Agreement; or your violation of any rights of another.

Liability Limits. We and our suppliers shall not be liable for any lost profits or special, incidental or consequential damages (however arising, including negligence) arising out of or in connection with BookLick.com, our services or this agreement.

General. BookLick.com and its services are provided "AS IS." We do not promise or warrant that any aspect of the site or system will work properly or will be continuously available. This agreement does not create any agency, partnership, JV, employment or franchise relationship. Our failure to act in a particular circumstance does not waive our right to act with respect to that or other circumstances.

When using BookLick.com, the following are inappropriate:

• Violating the intellectual property rights of a third party.
• Creating more than one account.
• Re-establishing an account on BookLick.com after your account has been terminated.
• Defaming a third party.
• Selecting or using a user name that violates someone's trademark rights.
• Affecting the way BookLick.com displays its pages.
• Using any automated means to access the site or collect information from the site.
• Collecting any personal information about users through BookLick.com.
• Sharing your password with a third party.
• Circumventing the display of advertising or promotional links on this site.
• Posting material containing profanity, vulgarity, hate speech or threats of violence directed at a real party.
• Including contact or personal information about another individual without their permission.
• Harassing another member.
